Adey Cafe is a neighborhood Ethiopian kitchen in West Philadelphia. We simmer our wots for hours, ferment our injera for days, and blend our berbere by hand. Everything arrives in the middle of the table — injera takes the place of the fork, and the finest bite, gursha, is the one you offer someone else. Pull up a chair, stay a while, and let the coffee ceremony close the night.
