I build software for the parts of business that don't get a spotlight — financial reporting, ERP integrations, and the dependable infrastructure that keeps institutions running.

My career started in academia, teaching software engineering at Woldiya University, before pivoting into ERP analysis at one of Ethiopia's leading financial institutions.

That blend of teaching and building shapes how I work — I write systems other engineers can read, and I explain them in plain language.

I hold a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Bahir Dar University, and care most about the unglamorous parts of software: well-modeled data, dependable integrations, and code that survives a Monday morning.
